Sports motivation

As a keen sportsman, marathon runner and racing cyclist I am fully aware that taking part in any sport at a competitive level involves considerable physical control and mental concentration. Hypnotherapy is an accepted means of providing these two essential components.

The key is self-belief. Coaches and managers throughout the world know the difference between a confident athlete and one with doubts. As the saying goes, ‘He can do better than he thinks…and when he thinks he does better.’
