Being unable to go to sleep or sleeping poorly affects almost everybody at some time or another. When sleeplessness (or insomnia) becomes an established event it can then become a habit. The sufferer comes to expect the nightly occurrence to continue which, of course, it does.

In treating sleeplessness, I will study your history of the complaint. I’ll then identify habits and behaviour traits that could be triggering the condition. Together, we can then work on a programme that will instill new habits and procedures that will lead you back to your desired sleep pattern.
