Stress

If your stress levels are too high you may experience some of the following on a regular basis:

•    Constant tiredness
•    Anxiety
•    Constant low moods
•    Feeling disorganised
•    Nausea
•    Muscle spasms
•    Sweating

If high levels of stress are allowed to continue untreated, it can have serious effects on a person’s long-term mental and physical health including hypertension, heart disease and insomnia.

To treat stress, I will help give you a better understanding of the conditions that have contributed to how you feel. I’ll show you how stress can be helpful and how it can be harmful. At the end of your treatment, you’ll be able to deal better with future stressful situations and have a more realistic perspective of the problems you face.
