Hypnotherapy is a very effective way of controlling your weight and has a lasting effect on your approach to food, exercise and health.

The problem with diets is that they focus your mind on food (or the lack of it). As a result, you can become utterly obsessed with food – how long until your next meal, how much you can have, how many calories are in it.

After finding out the reasons for your weight gain, my course of treatment will allow you to stop dieting. You’ll stop obsessing about food and be able to combat food cravings and the triggers that make you eat.

Most important of all, unlike starting a diet, I’ll make you start believing you really can control your weight and that you will become slim, confident and energised.
